Ordering and Customization

How do I order a personalized poster based on my Strava link or GPX file(s)?
To order a personalized poster, select the “Custom” option on our website. Enter your Strava link or upload your GPX file(s), choose the desired size and customization options, and click “Add to Cart.” Once your order is placed, our design team will create a unique poster based on your running data.
Can I preview the poster before it is printed?
Yes and no. For custom-designed posters, we will email you a preview once the design is complete. This gives you the opportunity to review and request adjustments before production begins.
However, for ready-made posters with or without personalized run data, we don’t typically send a preview unless you specifically request it via an order message or email. This approach helps streamline the fulfillment process and ensures faster delivery for you.
How long does it take to design a custom poster?
The process typically takes 12 to 48 hours, depending on the complexity of the design and the volume of orders.
Can I request additional customization options for my personalized poster?
Yes, we’re happy to assist with special requests. If you have specific preferences, need alternative colors, want to add a logo, or want custom routes, contact us, and we’ll create the perfect poster for you.
Do you offer group or bulk discounts?
Planning to order more than one? Ask your running friends if they’d like one too, or surprise them with a thoughtful gift!
A 15% discount is automatically applied when you purchase two or more posters. For orders of 5 or more, contact us directly for a tailored offer.
Products and Quality

What sizes are available for the posters?
We offer three sizes:
- Small: 30x40 cm | 12x16 inches
- Medium: 40x50 cm | 16x20 inches
- Large: 50x70 cm | 20x28 inches
At this time, these are the only sizes available.
Can I order a frame?
We offer black aluminum frames with shatterproof plexiglass for the Small size (30x40 cm | 12x16 inches).
Upon request, we also offer wooden frames in black, white, dark wood, and natural wood, as well as aluminum and foam prints.
We currently do not offer frames for the Medium and Large sizes due to high shipping costs. However, these sizes are standard, and frames are readily available at your local stores. You may also find second-hand frames, offering a more sustainable option.
What paper quality do you use?
Our posters are printed on premium 200-gram (80 lb) FSC-certified paper, ensuring a high-quality finish and durability. This paper is thicker (2x) and more durable than standard printing paper, making it ideal for framing and display.
For a unique presentation, we also offer museum-quality paper, aluminum prints, or foamboard options upon request.

We ship to over 100 countries worldwide for free. Thanks to our extensive network of 140+ printing partners located in 32 countries, we can produce and deliver your posters locally, minimizing shipping times and environmental impact while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Your country is certainly included, but if you're unable to check out, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your order!

Yes! After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment and estimate delivery.
Returns and Policies

What is your return and refund policy for personalized posters?
Since personalized posters are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or contains a typographical error. If you encounter any issues, including typos, please contact our customer support team for assistance, and we’ll work to resolve the problem promptly.

Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us immediately. We can cancel the order if it hasn’t been processed yet. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.
