Order Processing
We have a streamlined workflow tailored to your order type:
- Custom Posters: For personalized designs, we collaborate closely with you. After you review and approve the design, our team proceeds with printing, typically within 1-2 business days.
- Standard Posters with (or without) Activity Data Customization: These posters follow an expedited workflow, as only the activity data is customized. Printing for these orders also takes 1-2 business days after order confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Times
Our goal is to deliver your posters swiftly and efficiently. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location but generally range between 1-4 business days after the order is printed.
- Please note that these timeframes are estimates and subject to factors such as regional delivery services, customs processes, and unforeseen delays. While we strive for timely delivery, specific arrival dates cannot be guaranteed.
Order Tracking
To keep you informed about your shipmentโs progress, we provide a track-and-trace code as soon as your order is shipped. With this code, you can monitor your orderโs journey and know exactly when to expect your posters.

Our extensive network ensures efficient production and delivery across the globe:
- Printing Locations: We operate in 32 countries with 140+ printing partners, ensuring high-quality, localized production.
- Delivery Partners: We collaborate with over 40 reliable logistical providers, including PostNL, DHL, FedEx, Royal Mail, USPS and UPS, to deliver to more than 100 countries worldwide.

While we work diligently to provide accurate delivery timelines, some factors are beyond our control, such as:
